I like the concept of the stock sheath, heck I even enjoy carrying it on my Maxpedition Proteus but it feels like it dulls the edge so I am in need of a kydex sheath for it. I tried to contact a couple of kydex sheath vendors but had no response so I'm looking for somebody who can make me one that isn't too expensive. Maybe a trade?

Thanks.

I've been checking his ebay store but it seems like he's out of them right now. I tried shooting him an email but had no luck (I think there is an issue with my ebay account which didn't let me email him) which is why I'm trying this one. I found a kydex sheath vendor here, we'll see how that goes.

Get in touch with The710. He's around the Becker subforum a lot & does great work. I've got one of his BK-16 sheaths & it's comparable to AZWELKE's work. IMHO...

I got in contact with Azwelke and I'm just waiting for my sheath. Should be here soon.
Thanks guys.

Gladly, here it goes. The sheath is just perfect and fits my knife like a glove. Big shout out to AZwelke, great job man!

This is awesome. I am a total newb to these forums but not so new to blades. Great to find such a community. I actually found this site while searching the net for ways to secure my BK14 better. I would love to get in contact with the right guy to make this happen. I look forward to contributing to the forums but most of all, learning from them.... Peace

AZwelke makes great kydex sheaths, the stock one would dull my blade the new one doesn't. The molle clips, paracord or a small lok teck are good ways to attach it to your pack or belt.
Welcome to blade forums by the way.

Very nice set up there Martin. Interesting, that sheath looks very different than Al's normal one for a BK14. Did you request something different or has he changed his design?

I did request him to do an Esee type sheath with several holes so I could use my molle clips and paracord. I'm sure he still makes his regular designs. He's good with kydex, isn't he?
