I love SpyderCo! (My first experience with warranty and repair)

I posted here recently about my broken Gunting. The tip snapped off and I was very distraught. Bram and Sal told me to send it in so I did.

Well it wasn't long before I was contacted by Kelly Williams (very nice lady!). She just wanted to ask me some questions on how the knife broke. I paid a tiny fee and Kelly said my blade would be replaced and sent back to me.

Then I got an e-mail from Spyderco's manufacturing specialist, Jeff Grosmick. He informed me that not only did he replace the blade, but he engraved it with the number from my first blade and he did an upgrade on my Gunting for me!!!

WOW!!! Can you believe this folks? My Gunting has been shipped so I should be recieving it soon.

New blade + same number + upgrade = a very happy Spydie nut!

I sent an electronic thank you card to Sal, Bram, Kelly, and Jeff to try and show just how happy I am. They really went out of their way and I wish I could go out of my way to thank them.

Well, I've always been a loyal Spydie fan but now I can vouch for every aspect of their company.
