Nothing fits my hand more comfortably than the Buck 112 Ranger. It is one wonderful knife. What do you think? I wish there were Custom Shoppe options for the 112. Don't you?:)

As much as I'm irritated with some Buck policies.
Yes.
It's a GREAT knife.
There have been some custom goodies put out.
Hunt around for one.

I've said it before.. Buck WAS the greatest ( and still could be)
I think I'll go rub my Kalinga :o

That's funny! Reminds me of that John Candy/Tom Hanks movie "Volunteers" where the CIA dude had a knife he named "Mike".

Yep, I really like the 112FG. I only have four 112 knives. Two NS, one 100th Anniv, and the old 112FG. I like NS and wish I could find a FG with that!

Now what's so funny about a knife named "mike" I have one named "skeeter"
seriously though I've had the same 112 for about 22 years and I really like it. it fits the hand well and is big enough for just about anything i need a knife for. It has stayed while i have traded off A LOT of other knives. by the way don't be rubbing your kalinga too much. I've wanted a finger groove 112 for a while i might have to go get one now, right now. later, ahgar

I so far haven't bought one, the last time I was at Gander Mountain, I talked myself out of one, but every time I get near a 112 I want one.

You guys are making it harder to resist!

I would be happy to give those red headed step children a loving home.

Goose, I wouldn't leave you alone with a dead cat, much less a red headed child... :grumpy:

Before I went in the service, I used to hunt...I love rabbit, can just barely choke down venison, but I can't stand squirrel... :grumpy: It's like eating a greasy old shoe... :barf:

I love to hunt. Love the taste of venison if you use proper feild care its grrreate, don't like eating bunnies they taste just like chicken that is as tuff as the sole on an old shoe. I agree with you on the squirrel, yuk its even tuffer than little bunny rabbits.

I would love to hunt...but my job involves walking for an hour and a quarter every day, six days a week...I don't much feel like hunting when Sunday rolls around... :(

Yes! Cook them just like Turkey; baste with butter and herbs every 20 minutes; stick a couple potatoes, carrots, onions in with them; a little Garlic salt; great eating! ;)

Yeah ya Cluckin' Chicken...
I'd be alternating between my TNT, 110, and 112 on that dead cat like it was the entree at Benihana to feed that red headed stepchild!
Got Rice?
Goose.

This 112 was not sponsored by the club but it may have been sold at a club event (Blade Show or Ohio NKCA show). Buck usually provides some knives for the club to offer to club members at these two shows.
