I have been spoiled.

When I first got interested in the Busse knives it was the SFNO that really caught my eye. But back then they were much harder to come by.

Then I got this one. Thought it was a little different but as I have used it I really like it. I believe this was done by a mad grinder and not a Busse Shop job - but well done never the less. In fact now when I see and handel a full bottomed SFNO I don't like them as much. Guess I am just into little butts - no junk in the trunk style :)

And its kind of cool that the Busse stamp is on the "right" side of the blade - not on the usual left - which fits me perfectly :)

neat looking blade; they need to do this model again :) I like the Busse combat insignia in the middle of the blade

I like that one a LOT! Very nice knife. Odd that the stamp is on the right side, I've never seen that...

Ya - Saber grind and no butt!! Bring More Jerry - they are SWEET!!

I think that in the past some did have the mark on the right side - but I am not sure what the significance was. Willy Nilly? Happy Hour in the shop?? Jerry grinding again??

Yeah, that SFNO is amazing. I believe the only post-shop modification is that it was stripped. Here's a pic straight out of the shop (from a ganzaa around 2005-2006 IIRC)

Yeah that little butt is sweet looking. How is the balance with all that weight removed from the rear end?

Well I do not know how much weight it really is - but it does move more of the weight forward. - Sill not a real chopper - but one heck of a go to :)
