Been really busy trying to get a very large batch of blades to heat treat and have also been tied up with some shop upgrades that have been keeping me busy, so it feels good to be getting down to business working on custom orders some more lately.

This is one that is just about finished up for a forum member. He wanted orange smooth finish G-10 and thicker black liners. This is one of my all time favorite color combos, even more so because I think that orange G-10 photographs really well, even with my limited ability behind the lens.

Here is one of my earliest designs in CPM-154. Thanks for looking.

Also, feel free to post up any pics of custom blades with some stunning orange:thumbup:

Man, I really love the curvature of that handle. The orange on black is fantastic looking as well:thumbup:

I saw this knife on your FB page and it looks even better pictured over here. Stunning colors...I love the orange, almost as much as the black/blue combo on my JMK.

Thanks a lot guys!

James, good lookin' blade buddy:thumbup: What type of coating did you do, it looks nice.

1shot.....thanks man. I think your Mini Fighter is my favorite black/blue combo I've ever done on a knife. I'm going to have to try and recreate it on another one for myself! Glad you're liking your blade.

It's black ceramic, the same stuff they use on racing exhausts. I had it done by a local guy who mostly works on... racing exhausts and frames and stuff. It's crazy tough, but it doesn't help cutting ability any. A couple forumites have reviewed it for me and found that on soft things like food items, the coating feels a little "sticky". So I would only recommend it for tactical/hard use blades, not kitchen cutlery.

Nice one Jonny, you gotta love a knife you won't lose if you set it down in the woods.
