I ve just been busy trying to get some cowboy action shooting gear up , and hiding it from my wife . Maybe some of you guys can help with my "shooting handle" ? I was thinking "John Wesley Harbin". Any suggestions . Oh yeah , I'll have a Kukri on my rig belt .

Hi Uncle, I am still arround too. Got your email, thanks. By the way, I was born in a city called Harbin, in Heilongjiang Province, China. Harbin is a nice name.

Hi Uncle,

Got your email here as well. I've just been logging off and on here at work due to some atypical pickup in work volume these days. Thanks for checking in on me.

Yep, I'm here too. (well, whether I'm all here might be considered debatable by some.

Hi Uncle Bill, I too am still alive and kicking. Thanks for the e-mail and concern, its truly appreciated.

I'm still around (and still round) as well. I just haven't been able to spend a lot of time on the Forums lately...a combination of minor medical stuff, a busy work schedule and election-related stress (which probably contributed to the minor medical problems

). It's always nice to duck into the Cantina for a while to relax, though...

I like the John Wesley Harbin tag as well.

Can't recall just who John Wesley Hardin really was, but didn't he have some really fast guns always trying to prove themselves against him? Old West Marshall?

Dayumed memory is going as well and is probably related to the dayumed cigarette addiction as
well.

Actually, he was a lawyer

- after the governor granted him a pardon for murder. Probably killed more folks than most any of the famous gunfighters, but not exactly a nice fellow.

I'm still here too, I just haven't been posting too much now that I'm working again. Wal-Mart is a cruel taskmaster this time of year, especially for a cashier. Coupled with school and training for track season this spring, this is the first time in two weeks I've been on the internet to do anything more than check my e-mail. Thanks for the concern though, I'll try to stop in a little more often.

Yvsa, there are two meds Harry can give you info on, the second and lesser known is called Wellbutrin, which I stayed on a year. The other one I can't remember.

OK, so this is off topic, but if I haven't touched a cigarette in over 18 months, after close to 35 years of smoking, and sandbagged into quitting by my doctor when I didn't really want to stop ( but didn't have a good answer to "why not?" ) then you ought to get some info from Harry. You and Uncle both.

Not only do I want the both of you around for a while, you'll stop getting treated like perverts by the moral crusaders ( whom I've learned aren't smart enough to figure out how they ended up with a knife in their backs at the end of each day ).

Actually I did the Wellbutrin route.

The dayumed ins. companies won't pay for the Zyban to stop smoking, but they will pay for the Wellbutrin which is the exact same thng for depression.
I will quit one of these days befoe long when I get fed up with the time I wsteby smoking. I actually prefer Not to smoke and cough and wheeze. The day is coming when I just have had enough.

I did learn when I quit before though... That reformed smokers are worse than reformed prostitutes about wanting other people to give up their vice.

I'd been off tobacco for five months. Then I got hit with a very high stress situation. In the computer shack I had three packs of Khukuri cigarettes that had been laying there for 2 or 3 years. I opened up a pack and lit up and I was off and running again. Now I have to face the misery of quitting again.

Well, I'm really more recalcitrant than reformed ( at least I'm subversive ).

Just remember that staying solidly behind the people who want YOU to DO what they SAY rather that what they DO is the best place to be when the time comes to stab them in the back.
