Don't sweat it. Although advertising knives for sale without a Gold membership is against the rules, it's not a capital offense. MANY new members make the same mistake, pretty much every week. I don't think anyone will hold it against you.
I have tremendous respect for people who can admit their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions, so I give you points for both. Unlike those people who get all bent out of shape when they find out they need to buy a membership to sell here, and then leave when they can't use this forum to make money. They fail to recognize that the rule exists for a good reason.
