I have been through the hardest times last few years. I havent said much here . We had finally sold 22 acres I had in Mansassas Battlefield. Anyway, we spoke to realtor today and all study periods were over and they switced from financing to full cash:rolleyes: Ok they screwed me and lowballed me but whatever....lets just do the deal. So, after we set the settlement time for 1:00pm Monday 26th....

They went and spoke to neighbor today that has been trying to lowball me for past 6 months, and he tells them the septic will cost 50% more than actual and they want to cancel.:mad:


So before I go into a rant. Please pray:thumbup:

WIll be back if I survive or dont kill some brain cells. Maybe you should have a pool and winner might get something:rolleyes::D

I know i've talked to you T about this issue your having and i hope and pray it turns out in your favor. I'm sorry to hear your still dealing with this problem.

WOW, I am quite sorry to hear about your situation, but I do deal with these types of issues in my business [more frequently lately]. I will keep you in my thoughts....

And my prediction for the pool would be...You'll survive and you will not kill anyone
