any good tips?

dremels are ok, but the drums wear out fast. plus its hard to get a good 90 degree edge from a dremel

Here's what I use, but you would have to build one.This one has a 1" and a 1/2" contact wheels, with a 1"x42" belt.Dave:)

I simply bought a sanding drum kit. It comes in sizes from 1/4 to 3". I place them in my table drill press. I bring down the bit till it just clears the table and sand away. You have to flip over the blade every now and than just both sides the same but it works great and it cheap to set up. The entire kit from Mc master carr was 12.00.
