You could go with an expensive Meindl or Danner model, but I would recommend German army boots.
Yep, I'm biased, but I have found these boots to be the best choice you can make at that price point (they should be priced around 120 bucks or something like that). Very comfortable and robust, and I never slipped when I was wearing them (on muddy ground, wet floors, you name it).
They come with a hardened leather tip section which in my opinion is vastly superior to both steel-toed and non-reinforced boots. Steel caps can break or even cut off your toes in an accident and the hard leather will protect your toes almost as well while being far less dangerous.
No need to purchase extra laces some boots require, the ones the Bundeswehr model comes with are sturdy as hell.
Be sure to get your hands on the new model, the old version looks a little better, but its features are outdated.
