I need a kydex sheath.

David Brown. I don't have contact info for him, but Bradford Knives (here on the forums) uses him for his Tactical Orwell knife. I have one and the kydex is solid and thicker. You could probably contact Bradford for more info.

I recommend Brian Wagner at Okuden "dot" net. Snug fit and smooth release. Best edge finishing I have had on kydex. Mine is going on six years old and I don't have any scratches on my stonewashed finished blade.

I have a couple of Mashed Cat kydex sheaths. They are good also, but I prefer the Okuden.

^^ This. Multiple carry options with one sheath. The kydex can also be swapped out for a different knife easily.
