but I want someone from in here. Good leatherwork and someone familiar with solid zipper mounting. Just shoot me an E-mail, please. :)

You might contact moosez45. Here's here sometimes, but you can always find him in the Becker forums. He's apparently pretty handy with leather from what I understand.

Is this a super secret project, or can you share with the rest of the class?:D

Leatherman?
You rang? :D

Tool case, don't trust anyone that isn't in here. :D
I have been a member of the original Randall Adventure Training forum since 2002, is that far enough back for you? :p
No he means ask Leatherman. He's a member in here that makes some awesome leather.
Thank you for the kind words. :)

Don, if you haven't found a maker yet just send us a note, my wife has an industrial walking foot sewing machine that can sew a zipper in some pretty thick stuff. If she gets time to sit in front of the machine that is, that is one busy woman.

+1 for Leatherman - he PATIENTLY worked with me building a one-off custom sheath for my RC5.

Got your message Don, I'm going to forward it to my wife so she can see what she needs and you two can figure out the particulars.

In case anyone wonders, she takes care of all the order processing and also does the soft leather crafting. :)

Definitely can't go wrong with Leatherman and Leather Rose. Their work is second to none and true works of functional art. The wife and I have several sheaths made by them.:thumbup:
