And a BK16. I'm thinking that those 2 blades coupled with the BK11 (that should be here tomorrow) will be damn near the perfect set of field companions. If I have those I will never need to buy another knife. Right?

I'm not sure where that leaves my BK2 though. Would it need a BK9 to keep it company?

My better half is not going to be pleased.

Yes but if you are happy, She will be happy, Right?;)
And I figure, My BK-10LE and BK-11CSM, A BK-16 or 17, BK-7, BK-9 and a Machax and that should be the perfect set-up!!!:)

That would be a great blade combo for sure. Personally I carry a bk9 along with my bk14 that never leaves my neck.

i need one too :)

soon, the days of trolling ePrey and those hard fought over collectible models will be over ;) esp at those prices.

i laugh everytime i see someone selling a "rare" camillus model that is in current production by KaBar for like 10 or even 20 times the price. nice...

I need one too. I really can't wait till that release date. I've been looking for pre-orders, but it ain't happening. I keep expecting Tomars to just -have- it on the 1st, but I bet that's not going to happen either. :(

Speaking of sets. I think I'm going with the Machax, BK16 for bushcraft stuff(Havn't decided what the 17 will be for yet.), and my BK14 on my neck. Those blades in the woods, I think I'm covered. Come on, BigFoot. I've got your Jacks Links.

Gotta keep the BK2 on you. You could always connect it to a Molle backack with a Nix Leather scout sheath (what I did).

Which brings me to a question: Hows the Machax at batoning?
