I need a person interested in working with me with a titanium self-defense gadget.

I have a "legal" self-defense gadget. It will be something that you will be able to carry everyday and use in an emergency SD situation. I prefer it to be made out of titanium. I need someone who is willing to work with me on this one. It will involve using thin Ti and making a hole about 1 inch in diameter and a little grinding. The Ti will I don't really want to give more away.
If you are interested, let me know. I will send you a drawing of what I have in mind.
