I'm trying to find a small, classy fixed blade with around 2 to 2.5 inch blade with wood handle scales. I'm trying to get it under $50. Have you guys seen anything online? Thanks for your help!

I don't want to dealspot or advertise, but check out Bark River. They have several in your range. Imp, Bumblebee, Micro Canadian, etc. Also check out Charles May, his stuff is just superb.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS YESTERDAY FROM THE LOCAL MAC TOOLS TRUCK.
ITS MADE BY BEAR MGC (USA) HAS MAC TOOLS EMBLEM ON OTHER SIDE OF BLADE.
2 1/2" BLADE, NICE WOOD HANDLE, CALLED A SKINNER...SEEMS CLASSY ENOUGH. I PAID $43.00
HOPE THIS HELPS.

Take a look here. These are amazing little knives, and you can get one handled with just about any material you want. Highly recommended.

At tad over $50 and hard to come by, but highly recommended:

It's a great little blade courtesy GL Drew, 2 1/2 inch ATS-34, mirror polished, cocobolo scales, $65. They show up from time to time on the Knifemakers For Sale sub-forum, and they sell out quickly. Really enjoy mine, carries nice and quite sheeple friendly for a fixed blade (if that is an issue).
