it says spyderco on one side.

Looks like Spyderco Standard/Economy
Blade steel is AUS6 or ATS-55
Probably worth around $40-$50 depends on if you have the original box

If you send it in to Spyderco they can get that edge fixed up and can probably get the handle buffed out a bit nicer as well.
