I need feedback on new knife

Please give me some feed back on this knife that is in progress. It is 1095 with home made micarta handles. It is balanced to be heavy in front to aid in hacking . This is a mock up assemblie, I can change anything at this point. Not sure weather to polish it or leave it with forged look. All comments will be appreciated

My first choice would be polish it up! Second choice would be a bead blast finish over everything.

well, it's always hard to tell by pictures exactly how well all fits together, but it's a brute! just always match the form of the knife to the task it is to perform and you can't go wrong. nice piece.

To me, it's gorgeous as is. It has an air of "I'm old and used but still ready."
