I need help identifing an antique sword

My guess is it's a Indian or Burmese.

Sorry guy, not a clue. Ethnographic weapons aren't really my area to be completely honest, I just thought I remembered seeing something similar pictured somewhere.

I can say in general terms that ethnographic weapons don't particularly bring much money usually a few hundred dollars for particularly nice pieces considerably less for lesser examples.

It might be worth digging through some of ebay's completed auctions to see if you can find a similar piece, that may give you an idea on price. I wouldn't plan the retirement party just yet... :)

It, like certain other SE Asian and Archipelago blades have the open scabbard.
