I need help identifiying a blade

Ok, small backstory, its from Spain, bought it there about 10 years ago on a group trip... Didnt pay attention to the maker, or origins, just wanted it. Anyways, onto the pics

Im not real hopeful on identifying it, but i figured here would be the best place to try.

I believe that is a 17th century piece made by one of the master swordsmiths in Toledo.

That or a ten year old low-end fantasy piece cranked out in China or Pakistan.
