I need help identifying my pawn shop 110

Found in pawn shop in Butte mt today. 20 bucks. I didn't think too much about it until I noticed the brass rivet. Upside down Buck USA on the blade. Does anyone have info regarding this knife? Left hand Buck?

That's what Joe refers to as a 3rd/9th from about 1969.
Looks like it would clean up nicely...maybe let Buck do it?
