I bought it on Ebay. The seller was based in Pittsburgh. I googled several different iteration of what I thought the marking is to no avail. Any help would be great, thanks. Below is a link to my Imgur photo album

Yep, CT and this is their current stamp.
Don't know how long they've been using this exact version of their stamp, but I'll bet this axe is less than 30 years old.

Order a haft directly from CT and it'll probably take very minimal fitting to hang it.
