I need help identifying this makers mark!!

My uncle gave me one of my grandfathers jersey style axes to restore. I cleaned it up a little and I can see a makers mark but can't see all of it. This is what I know for sure...

"...EETHMAYER
CAST STEEL"

Has anyone seen this before or know who made this???
