Well, I need a help. I've wore a screw head out while I was making adjustment on my Sebenza. Will CRK able to replace a screw on my Sebenza for me? (I do not care if its free or charged, I just want my Sebenza working right)

Yes, CRK can remove the damaged screw.

I believe they drill a hole in the screw then use a special removal tool called "E-Z Out".

I'm glad to hear that the problem can be fixed without problem. I guess I will try to call CRK first thing in the morning or first thing on Monday.:)

If you want to try removing it yourself and avoid mailing the knife back to CRK, try carefully cutting a new screw slot with a cut-off wheel mounted on a Dremel tool. Don't do this if you aren't proficient with a Dremel - you could ruin your scale.

I'd attempt it because the Sebenza screw heads stick out considerably and I'd tape off the scale with thick duct tape to avoid gouging it.

General

If only they did use teleporters then I would not have to part with mine for very long to have double lugs added :)

You can also go to Sears and pick-up a "E-Z Out" device.

But then again. . .what you damage using it. . .you pay for.
