Can't help you with the HR , never hade the urge for that blade . The NMSFNO is another story,,,, Sage blade , black mag. micarta slabs. Nice balance and heft in hand ,very sharp. I feel it's an excellent purchase,,,,,,,, get an LE if you have the funds,,,,but the coated blades are gr8 just not all shiney....lol. The NMSFNO has an inch longer blade then the SFNO.

just got one question left, how much did they go for, featuring black/tan G10 during the original release?

black/tan G10 was only available on them in the razorganza. they went for 342 there.
and yeah, the HR is a great blade. makes a fine companion to the NMSFNO being lighter and slightly smaller.
