I have been looking at them for awhile...but have never used or handled one. Nor do I know anyone that has so my question is. 1-are they any good 2- will they holdup to hard use 3-do you get a good product for the money. and any comments that you may have are welcomed. Thanks

Yes; Yes & Yes - Great rep as working knives - Well made entirely here in the USA.

Good people who will work with you.

I met some of their people at a Primitive Skills class, and seeing their blades put to use was great.

I will be buying a knife or two from them soon :D

Howdy,

I just picked up a used BHK Long Trail. I am VERY happy with it! Great knife, high quality, and looks stout! It's a keeper!

I just ordered a flat ground blued steel frontier patch knife, with a tiger maple handle
Waiting for the work horse to be in stock thanks again for all the input Guy's

Mtfolk Mike nice knives. I like how they do different grinds, steel's,handle materials ect... I like the bush crafter set and the pathfinder set. Can't wait to get my first so I can put it through it's paces.

I have the cheapest patch knife and the boattail scandi. They are both excellent quality, clean build and crazy sharp. I have only used them for a bit of woodworking, so can't speak to long term durability, but I haven't had any problems, nor do I expect to. They are both well worth the money (although I do like the ergonomics of my Kellam wolverine better than the boattail)
