i need a pic side by side to figure out the size of the handle on rc-4
i have 2 rc-3 already and a izula
i am thinking to get a rc-4 and i need some pics before i order to see if the handle is a lot larger then the rc-3 i like the handle size on the rc-3 but i need a longer blade sometimes
thanks guys

I thought the handles were the same length on the RC-3 and 4. Correct me if I'm wrong.

that is what i want to know

Same length, a little thinner due to the difference in blade thickness.

well, you beat me to it, but i am posting one anyway.

basically, what he said.

thanks a lot guys
i am getting a rc-4
it is my forth rat in 3 months
i guess i am addicted now

well there is no 12 step program because us RAT addicts like what we are...
we just hate going broke doing it.

the wife is happier when i spend 100$ on a knife then when i spend 500$ on a gun and 100$ on ammo every time i go to the range lol

I've posted this elsewhere, but like the guy said, you can't have too many pics of RATs, and how often do you see one in front of a wolverine hide?

Hey TEXASTONYDOBBS,
my swat rc-3 and rc-6 kick butt, great photo's and now I NEED a orange rc-4.
In your pic's there was backwoodsman magazine. Are you addicted to the mag. like myself?

the picture is old but yes I love that mag + I still have all my ASG(american survival guide) mags as well....I need to get a group picture of all my RATs but I am waiting for the RC5 to be released.

Thanks ,The RC4 SE is now in Dylan's hands as a gift .

That reminds me, I need to get a picture of that knife so you can see what I did to it. I busted out the dremdrem and added a little bit of texture to the scales. Not enough to creat hotspots, but enough to add significant grip to the linen micarta. It looks slightly Busse-esk. It's tasteful. I promise.

Interesting...the profile pics don't show much difference between the two knives, but the difference in the top view is quite dramatic. I always wondered why RAT made both an RC-4 and RC-3. After actually seeing the blade thicknesses next to each other I totally get it now. Thanks for the pics. At some point I'll have to get both knives.
