I have a ZT 0770 cf serial number 3703 .
i have broken the clip i wrote two mail to Kai ltd ZT .
i have used their form in the web site of Kai but nobody answered to me.

what can i do to buy a new clip for my ZT 0770 ??

indont know why Kai dont aswered to me.

can some one help me ?

How long ago did you contact them? If it was in the last few days they might not be at work because of the holiday today.

+1 I filled out the online form and never heard back, got my ZT clip within a week. With the holidays id expect a longer wait.
