I needed a break, the holidays made sure.

In the last couple of months I have needed a break on knife production. My normal job and the holidays took it out of me and I didn't have the focus to work on some of my current projects. So - I built a playhouse for my kids. It makes me smile and it is so much easier to build than a knife. I ordered 40 new belts and a ton of paper yesterday and I am feeling the knife stoke again, but I thought I would share my "down time" efforts. My wife decorated the interior with paint we had sitting around. I think she did a great job.

Very cool Erik! Are those actually double pane windows!? You went all out on that. Looks great:thumbup:

Now you're making me feel like a heel because I never built my girls one of those!

Thanks Jon, those are double pane only because no one makes single pane any more! Cheapest I could find and less work than fabricating something.

Thanks, Michael! I gave some honest feedback in your post, I hope you don't hold it against me.

Thanks Greg! Michael, you are killing me - nice knives, BTW. I think the west coast (among new makers) is representing quite well these days.
