A friend said Dateline rated grocery stores but she was not clear on ranking 'OR' the criteria for ranking them.
Anyone able to enlighten the old man,please ?

Wegmans is the cleanest store I've ever been in.

Point made was overall cleanliness,sanitation ,food packaging & handling.......

The most WHOLESOME store to purckase your food from .

The article pointed out the millions of cases of food poisoning & actual resulting deaths .

Good article ,particularly to those of us who cook .

I see that Food Lion had the fewest violations per inspection. I guess that's not surprising, given the controversial hidden-camera report about them that was done by ABC a few years ago.
