Thank you, thank you, thank you! I recently completed my 2x72 inch sander in the kmg style and without the resources I found here it would have been much more complicated than it was. Mr. Frink at Beaumont Metal Works for his drive wheels and idler pulleys and Mr. Pop's for his abrasives shipped immediately. I ordered both on different Mondays and they arrived here in Arkansas with standard shipping on the following Wednesdays and of course both orders were correct and in great shape. You guys were right to sing the praises of these two merchants and they will definately have my future business. The machine works great although I still need to make a work rest and refine the tracking assembly (12 threads per inch is way to course for adjustment) I wouldn't have ever guessed it would be this easy and only cost me about $300. Thank you all.

Steve a very happy guy:) :)

Have fun, Steve! Post a foto when the time is appropriate. We'd love to see.

Can't post fotos directly from your hard drive without a membership, I don't think. Obviously you can post 'em if you host them elsewhere. You can always just post a link, of course. Actually, I've noticed that if I do a direct-from-computer pic it posts as a thumbnail; whereas it seems if it's hosted it shows up fullsize. I'm not certain of this, just my impression.
