So you tried to pay for someone else using the automatic system? Well, you just extended your membership. I'll have to do some digging to see if I can unravel this.

Really there's no way to use the automated system to pay for someone else's membership. Only way to do it is call in or use the same method as the international customers.

What membership level were you before? Were you a knifemaker or gold member or what?

Nevermind I figured it out, you were a platinum member, and getting the gold superceded it, causing you to be a gold member. I've got him activated.
