I paid for my gold membership but I'm still labeled a registered user??

The title pretty much says it, I paid for a gold membership but when I posted I'm still showing up as a registered user. I even logged out and back in to see if it would change but it didn't, so how do I get it to change to gold member?

easy fix! go to settings on the top right, then in the box on the left (my settings) go to permission groups and check the gold member box "identify me as a member of this group"
all done!
 
joeyza is right. Your Gold went through, you just have to update the permission group. :thumbup:
 
I'm having the same problem. But I don't have a permissions group under my settings tab. My Paypal shows I got charged for it though. Any ideas guys???
 
Why are you hiding your question in a thread that's been answered already? Start a new one.

When was the payment? What is the transaction number? Spark has to enter PP manually. This is not only the weekend, it is the weekend he is moving 1SKS to its new location.
