I signed up for a platinum membership last month and paid for the Platinum membership, a step above the Gold Membership. I live in South Carolina. A tech support has contacted me a week ago and STILL no one has activated my status. Can somebody PLEASE assist me with this matter. Do I need to do anything else for the membership to go into effect?
At this point I think you paid through PayPal. Spark has to enter those payments manually. I would have hoped he saw your first post about it. Try a PM to Spark or email to Spark@bladeforums.com
Once he does enter the payment, you can go to Settings (upper right) and then to Permission Groups (left side) and click on Platinum. Then go back to Tech Support and post for a pro-rate of your remaining Gold membership to extend your new Platinum.
