Ok...I see a ton of talk on different grinds on knives; hollow, scandi, etc, etc, etc...That's great, I have heard tell that some of them are good fro some tasks and not for others. All I know about them is that my Moras are scandi. Is there some guide around or something that explains the different grinds? I am sure that this has been discussed, but my connection is dragging hardcore and I can't get the search to work right.
