So when ChameleonBear posted his food thread I got hungry. So I too made polish sausage. Just a little differently.
I started with a BK-5 and two small onions.
The 5 made short work of the onions.
Then I brought out the sausage. This real smoked polish sausage from a local polish deli. I ended up taking half (one link) of it for my dinner.
Cut it up and put it in a pan. Do the same for the onions.
After that some culinary magic happened (yeah right) and I ended up with this...
