I won't be buying any new Buck's for a while.
I've got a list of traditional knife wants that I need to check off before any new knife impulse buys, and there's only one on that list.

Until I can find a decent 305 clipper at a good price I won't be buying any Buck's for a while.
Got the save search up for a 305 clipper but nothing has turned up under that heading for a bit so it'll probably be a while before I get one.

You just missed one a fee days ago. It sold for $37 came with a 505, 450, and a pink clipper. Was sold as a set and no model numbers in the description.

Man that sucks, but it was pink which I won't do so it's not a big deal.

But but but.. how am I going to eat this week if you don't buy knives? :)
Are you looking for the 305 with scissors?
Yes, been trying to find one in decent condition at a reasonable price .
It seems like an awesome little knife that could be extremely handy if the scissors are half as good as those on a Victorinox classic.

I give it a week and you'll have another Buck of some sort, wherein the deal was "just too good" to pass up.

Such is "life". :)
Staying away from the web specials page, but I know I could easily find some other model while looking for a 305 clipper.

I have only seen one floating in the bay with scissors, but it has red covers. Seemed like a decent spa candidate though for twenty bucks.

My self regulation lasted only about half a day and then I saw that one Buck Akouna s30v and that quickly changed my attitude. Lol.
Then one member here, otherwise known as another enabler posted some kinda rare Buck tools in the exchange and I didn’t want to miss that chance. So I can sympathize with you and your condition but just for a little while. Lol.

There's a good thread in the General Forum about hitting a wall in terms of collecting or acquiring.

I won't repeat my entire post here, but for me, I try to focus on using the knives I have, trying them on different tasks and reflecting on design.

I find acquisition rather empty as a pursuit.

Well it's been 10 days and while I have not bought any new Buck knives I am extremely tempted.
Nothing in particular, I'm just in a Buck kind of mood.
I should probably just carry one of the little 300 series Buck's I got not too long ago and didn't really carry that much.

Maybe to satisfy my Buck craving I'll go a bit crazy and pair up a 102 , 302, and 309 for next week's carry.
I could also go with the 305 lancer , the alumni, or the Gent.

I'll probably carry the 102 and 309 at work and the 302 and 309 at home.
Or all 3 at work and just the two folders at home.

Hell I can't even decide, I almost wanna carry every Buck I own all at once but sure can't do that.:D:D

Well you may have taken a break on buying Bucks ,bit im in full swing , my wife said at Christmas time you are all set and don't need anymore knives for awhile, lol, that was 4 knives ago .

Yes.. using some of the Bucks you have will take the edge off. The scissors on the 732 multi tool are useful.
