I received my first Sebenza and have a question

First off I have to say that this is the finest knife I have put into my pocket. Everything you guys have said about CRK is 100% correct. Fit and finish are unbelievable. My question is about the pocket clip. It fits in my pocket nice and snug, maybe a little to snug, when I pull it out the extra v notch gets caught on the double stitching on the top of the pocket. Will it loosen a little over time? How does it affect the wear of the top of the pocket? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, the clip will probably wear out your pocket eventually. Eventually. Most clips do. I have some heavy duty jeans that wear a lot and the clip will barely fit over the edge of the pocket so I clip it onto the "watch" pocket because there is less fabric. Those jeans have shown almost now wear from any of my folders with pocket clips though. I have shredded cheaper jeans, khakis, and BDUs though with pocket clip use. IMO it is just the price you pay for that kind of carry.

I really wouldn't want it to loosen up any though because you stand a bigger chance of losing your Sebenza. The extra bend is supposed to add extra security by catching on to that pocket seam.

I really like that little V groove.It gives an extra little bit of security when carrying.
 
After playing with it this weekend I'm getting used to the snug fit. Actually I'm starting to like it. My other knives weren't that tight in the pocket, so I guess I wasn't use to it. It does give an extra sense of security knowing how hard you have to pull to get it out of the pocket.
 
I think you'll find because of the rathe smooth nature of the handles and the pocket clip you will not experience very much wear on you clothing.
