I saw an RR SPIKE on Discovery Channel

That's right! This last saturday on the Discovery channel from 11 PM to midnight Pacific Time, Discovery aired a program called "The Best Ranger Challenge". In the show they showed and explained every single event the competitors would have to complete in order to finish. Sure enough, Roger's Rangers Tomahawks came on. They briefly described it by saying something like "they are using tomahawks just like those the original Roger's Rangers used - they were special ordered and shipped in for this event". They said a bit more about the event and showed Rangers throwing these tomahawks - the show said none of them had ever thrown one before. A couple of the guys looked to be doing great for their first time! Hitting the target and sticking with no prior experience. These tomahawks really do throw themselves!

I loved that show and seeing ATC's tomahawks on TV in use by military was a great treat! Go to discovery channel and order the video! :D
 
You don't remember if it was "On the Inside" or "Behind Closed Doors" do you?

Yes, that was Best Ranger Competition 2001...believe it or not, we gave Discovery a 10 minute interview on the event, but our segment was edited to the length you saw....it's STILL totally cool though.

We will be back for BRC 2002 next month with a NEW Hawk throw event that has a twist...we can't talk about it until after the event however.
