I got some older buck knives tonight from a guy, I bought a buck 2 line hatchet from him at a gun show last year and he gave me his card and told
me to call him because he had buck knives at home he wants to sell, so I finally get around to calling him this afternoon and what do you know I come
home with some more knives, 4 i'm familiar with and 2 that I know nothing about them as far as history/value/ or if they are rare.

I got a 102 (2 line)
107
103 (1 line)
560- silver handle with gray frame

and two i know very little or nothing about
Buck 315 , not sure of the handle material, smooth shiny black and a
Buckmaster 184 U.S.PAT. 4622707

any and all info is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
i will post some photo's soon

If they are in real good condition, just about all of those are at a minimum uncommon and command a good price. I'll interested in seeing the pictures.

The 315 is the Yachtsman. The spike is for punching holes in canvas. The handle are black delrin I believe.

As far as I know the Buckmaster is pretty hot on the collector's market, but I can't for the life of me understand why.

I have a 315 I really like. It goes camping with me always. The spike does well getting tight knots apart. I wish it had a sheath.

Honesttom, you did good... ... I really like your 102 and the 560... And the others are great too.... :)

Nice haul, Tom! It seems that your hunting prowess isn't limited to critters. ;)

Absolutely nice haul. All those guys are in nice shape. Looks like all are lightly used or used not at all. Excellent additions to your Buck collection. Congrats.:thumbup::thumbup:

BTW, Those are some fine 110's you have on display in the rear of your pictures!!:thumbup::thumbup:

I really like that old 103. Do you plan on using any of them?

John

I plan on starting a 560 collection, so i'll add this to my 2 or 3 others, and the
rest i'll probably sell or trade, there is a big gun and knife show coming up where i live so i might see if i find something to trade for or mabe set up a table and sell a few.

What a fine collection. Love it. I hope you count yourself as a real serious collector.:thumbup::thumbup:
