So I had to burn up some vacation time, before it was lost. After the usual lawn mowing and tree trimming and even staining the deck I was bored.

First
Where have we seen this before.

Wonder What it is?

OHHH AHHHH

That was Wednesday. I was off all week. I was able to catch on some Gunsmithing so I had some cash that I was not expecting so fast forward to Friday.

Look what the brown truck dropped off today! He was earlier than normal too!

I know, I'm sick! That's why we are all here and YOU are reading this.

So what could be in the boxes this time?

That's right there were two boxes.

You cannot not have a 9!

So you see, It really is not good to leave me alone with internet access.
here are the new adopted ones settling in to there new home.

And the Whole Family

Thanks for looking and supporting my habit!

Haha... Great! It is never good when we are left to our own devices. At least now trees and shrubbery might go missing rather than new steel appearing.

I hung a few tree stands on Sunday and used the 4 to clear some shooting lanes and such.
As soon as I put it in my hands all I wanted to do was chop things!
With the angle and forward weight this thing begs to chop!

There is a slight learning curve but it did great for what I used it for. Smaller living sticks need some blade velocity to cleanly cut thru. The bigger stuff gets eaten up quickly using a good arm swing and some wrist snap.

Well, that's why having too much spare time isn't good for your wallet when you're a knife nut. Congratz on the new steel. It's looking great!

you need constant adult supervision my friend- thanks for sharing and you have a great collection there!

I'm sure Tomars would be ok with you being left alone...

Nice collection. There's not much you couldn't accomplish with those tools!

Yeah, Now that I have the BK9, I can finally take over the word

I guess the fall gathering should be out of the question.

Nice additions you got there. Now you need some micarta and custom sheaths. Maybe a BK5 too. You can't not have a 5. ;)

"Come on man!" I need to recover from the last 3.

seriously though after working on the 9 I decided that I do need some micarta, or possibly some G10. I will be trying to bend some Kydex for the BK4. I don't like how it rides on my belt.

Your BK2 is sweetness nice work and collection!

Thanks, it has been my main work horse, time to let her rest a little bit and give the bigger siblings some dirt time.
