Today I discovered that a spare key in my pocket had become tightly wedged inside my new CUDA MAxx. I was appalled! Not only did I expect the blade to be all scratched up but it was sure to have pushed the blade off-center in the frame.
Ha! I should have been worried about my keys.
After extracting the key (it took pliers to get it out) I examined the Maxx's blade to assess the damage. There was absolutely nothing there to find! I did finally spot a small scratch on the inside of the frame (where it will never be seen). And the blade is still perfectly centered.
The key, on the other hand, looked like it had been attacked by the blade, not must rubbed up against it. I will try not to underestimate just how tough this knife really is again.
