So I sold all my Beckers and Im really regretting it now. I have lots of long sleepless nights! All that is left is my eskabar and Remora. And would you believe it the week after I sold them I got a VERY good job just my dang luck!

yeh man, beckers aint busse's. you can get em back and not break the bank either. glad to hear it turned around for ya. maybe the knife gods were testing you to see what youd sacrifice for the good of your life, and the beckers were casualty of that. now youve been rewarded for your ethics and moral with a good job. now go get em back.

Hey, just a means of getting that new knife feeling, all over again.

You sacrificed you knives to the Becker gods and they headed your call. Could be worse. You could have a ton of Beckers and a job you hate.

Congrats on the job.

I bought your BK11 with micarta. I ground it up with a swedge and narrowed the blade. It has a good home.

No Biggie. I sold a pair of Mil-Issue GEN3 NVGs about 10 years ago and it still haunts me....

You get to buy a new one, beat it up, strip it, patina it etc...etc...Sounds like good time to me.

I only have 4...so far...but I hate my job too. Anyone looking for someone who can manage 100 people, write their schedules, reviews, care for their every need and financially manage a million dollar a week business at the same time let me know...I would leave for something I actually like doing.

Thanks guys for the support. I did keep most of my ESEES. Glade the bk11 is in a good home! I will pick more up as we go but being broke when the bk10 came out killed me!

I went from working banker's hours to pushing 60 hours a week running a multi-billion dollar program, that because of the state of the economy, needs to limit the resources allowed to be onboarded. Sounds like we're in the same boat.
