I just got my first Busse - a beautiful NMSFNO! Thanks Garth, and all the other fine folk at the Busse Custom Shop! I already posted in the "Emotional Support Chat:Waiting for Your Knife" thread, but I am so excited I had to start a new thread.

Great choice man, I have one just like it with the coyote G10. Nothing beats the feeling when you get a new satin Busse.
 
Awesome first Busse! Since you started with a sweet Bruiser like I did, I can pretty much tell you where it goes from here. :o Just one more... :foot:

Dude, I know. I've already picked out what I want next, although I told my wife this is the only one I will get and she already thinks I'm crazy for spending this much on a knife!
 
Ha ha, yea I hear you I have no idea how I got my girl to be ok with the Busse madness. Try the " Baby its like an investment I can sell these whenever we get into a pinch. Think of it like savings :) " I think thats what got her on board. When I was buying a new one I just showed her some previous sales of the same knife and how quick they are sold to prove to her how quick I could "liquefy my assets".

Hey, but at least you did it right so that any knives you want that are cheaper sound like a better deal to her! :thumbup:

But if that doesn't work, I would be happy to take care of that bruiser for you so that you can bring new ones home. :D

That is a gorgeous blade! Congrats on your first score!! I second the "Investment" umbrella for the Busse blades... worked on me! And now we get "together time" with the knives, too!

Eric- That lovely lady of yours has bought you more than one Bussekin blade AND accompanied you to this year's Blade opening day at 0445!?! Not to be pushy or anything, but c'mon... she's a keeper! *cough*INFIring*coughcough* ;) I believe in you.
