I have been wanting to diversify my product line from just sheaths and an odd project now and again and venture into Wallets and Belts.

I did so today after finishing 20 or so wallets and card slips.

Here are a few pictures - tell me what you think.

Paul.

Well - I put them up on my Etsy site and described every wallet. I am gearing this product toward the person who does not want a fat wallet. More of a slimline EDC front pocket sort of thing.

Any suggestions would be awesome

Great minds think alike. I have one my wife made me in my pocket right now. So much better than sitting on that big ole fat wallet. Also have one on a leather thong I can wear around my neck. Great for super active stuff like when I'm gathering cattle on the ranch horseback. Just slip it down inside my shirt. She made one for her smart phone it's just a bit bigger. She does the same just slips it down inside her shirt then no worries on losing he phone skittering down some mountainside chasing bovines. All just variations of your deal here.

My drill press is used as a simple arbor press for this operation. The leather is thin enough that I don't need to turn it on.

Thanks Strig - it means a lot.

I must say I really like what I am seeing so far! Not many out there hand making this kind of stuff anymore.

So much is going across the border because the cost is so high, I've had to pass on a few lately because the vendor was looking for something, for nothing. But I can tell you there is a market for high end products like yours, the internet is a great place to be.

Thanks Dwayne - this is why I keep doing what I do. I just don't see a lot doing the hand stitched mode any more concerning wallets. Yes it is a lot of work - but I think it is worth it. Lord knows I can't compete with Machine Stitched wallets. :/

You might look into a money clip to match the wallet. I carry one like your 4x4 with a money clip for bills.
