I saw a stonewash while browsing thru forums, and I originally was going to do a very fine stonewash, but I saw one that looked like it had leopard spots on it.
The only way I figured that it was done was with larger ball bearings.
I was at my shop, so half inch ball bearings were readily available. I just simply got an empty gallon of antifreeze, threw in about 30 ball bearings, some soap, and a little WD-40. Then I added the handles, and after shaking for about an hour, this came out.
The picture doesnt do it justice, but in the hand, you can see all of the circular marks, that much resemble spots.
Needless to say, I am very pleased with my "leopard-washed" Sebenza.
