I sent my new small sebzena 21 in to CRK due to a very minor cosmetic issue. It was received yesterday afternoon at CRK. To my surprise, I got a phone call this morning. It was Chris Reeve. He talked to me about the adjustments he made and discussed some things about the knife.

Very impressive. Amazing customer service. How often does an owner of a company follow-up with a phone call to a customer?

That really is very cool. Mr. Reeve is a legend in the knife business. That's really cool that he contacts his customers personally. Makes me even prouder to own a Sebbie. :)
 
I never had to send in a knife yet but I'm glad to hear that CRK has awesome customer service!
 
i have only had to send them knives that i wanted upgraded in some way. they have always surpassed my expectations.
 
I had an issue with a sebbie once and Chris Reeve called me personally and discussed his thoughts on the issue, what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it. We spoke for about 1/2 hour. I was absolutely amazed. Chris Reeve is truely a legend. Its hard to get just your basic customer service now a days.......its nice to know there are people out there that still care about what their customers think. And to call them personally just makes you even more impressed. Because of this excellent customer service, I have since sold nearly all my other brands of knives and went almost exclusively to CRK. Thats how much I apreciate and support CRK.
 
I called this morning also with a question, so they said that someone that knows the answer will call me back. So I get a call from Chris. I was nice to have the owner spend some time educating me about his knives.
 
Never spoke with them on the phone. But all the blade shows I go to I make time to stop and talk with them. Great people
 
Chris is cool but Heather's got a sexy voice. :jerkit: ;) :D

Seriously...Chris is very passionate about his knives....not many production companies does the owner speak with you. :thumbup: :)
 
WOW that is amazing. I am liking the CRK knives more and more and it will show with repeat business.
 
CR's customer service is one of the many reasons I continue to buy CR knives. You'll see what I mean if you try to get a call-back from other makers (think Strider)...

Too be honest, I also had a minor issue with my SnG, and had great customer service from them, also. I did not get a call from Mick, but I was in direct e-mail contact with Josh and they took care of everything in a quick and professional manner.

One of the great things about a lot of knife companies, or at least the ones I have had experience with (CRK, Strider, Spyderco, Benchmade, Leatherman) are that all put the customer first and offer great service. I just think that getting a call from the owner is one step up and beyond.
