Yesterday I received a Sage 1 in the mail. This is the most expensive knife I have purchased so far. It was well worth the price. The fit and finish is amazing. I love the twill carbon fiber scales and I find it to be the perfect size for EDC.

Good get, I have one in my EDC rotation. I enjoy using Spyderco's Sage series
of knives. It's my most often go to knife if I want something a tad bit more substantial
in hand than my Caly 3. If I want to change it up a little more, I reach for the
Sage 3.

Sage 1 is a sweet little knife. The second spydie I ever owned after my delica which was my intro to spyderco. Really it was the sage that started my spyderco addiction. The low-rider wire clip is a particularly nice touch as well.
