Out of my small collection, the Marshall Noble Wraith folder... It just came back from Rainy Vallotton yesterday from getting a pocket clip, having the flipper ground off and getting waved.

Im guessing since its application is so limited you don't sharpen it much because you will basically never use it.

Oh come on, why not use quite possibly the most impractical knife ever made as your EDC? I mean impractical for EDC, because the knife screams purpose built.

Funny, there has been two threads on flippers. One saying any knife without one is obsolete. The other saying that even though he likes flippers, he prefers knives without them.

So here you took an expensive custom, and had the stupid flipper ground off. ;-)

I don't like anything about it, at all. I think I would rather use any other folder in your collection for defensive purposes (except that pretty little two handed opener).
Looking at your collection, though, it is clear our tastes are very different, so I won't rain on your parade. It does look cool.

Should have posted on that other post that I do not prefer flippers either. Wave is cool, but I still prefer to open mine via a hole or stud.
