I think I have a clone what should I do?

I bought a dirt cheap practice balisong of amazon just to play with. When I opened the package I was surprised to see a box that said benchmade on it. Both the trainer and the box have benchmade logos even trademark info. what should I do I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was a clone.
P.S. if this is the wrong place for this my apologies
 
Send some photos to Benchmade. They'll be happy to tell you if it's legit. I did the same with one that I have.
 
I'm 90% sure its fake I'm just wondering if there is anything that should be done as far as stopping or going after the clone company
 
You can email Benchmade the sellers information and maybe a link to amazon. They have some ways to go after people selling the fakes but nothing easy about going after the manufacturers in other countries making them.
 
On the Amazon site what did they call it? Any indication it would say Benchmade on it? How is fit and finish? Just wondering is all!
