I think i have a discontinued BUCK knife. But I dont know what it is....

I know NOTHING about it, but ive only ever seen one other like it.
Does anyone know what it is, what its called, or where i can find another on the internet?
It has a cap lifter in the handle. Its also getting rusty...

My grandfather had the other one, and i dont remember where i got this one. Its built nice and sturdy like a BUCK knife, and the logo looks legit too
 
I believe they made those about five years back ( I'm guessing here ) That's when i remember seeing one. I don't think it's anything special but do believe it's a legit buck.

Im not really expecting anything special (i dont even really like it...)
I just wanna know what it is.
 
That is a Buck NRG or at least a copy of one. Made with 420J2 steel. Meant for riding on a keychain where you might find a blade and bottle opener handy.
